How long until I receive my order?
All our products are made to order and can take 1 week to make, this depending on how sparkly or personalised you require them. We are so good that sometimes items only take 2 days to make. They then take 3-5 working days to be delivered - not guaranteed. Once your item is complete and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number for your item (please see delivery schedule below).

How do I care for my Glittery products
Can I use my Glitter Glasses or are they for show?
Of course you can use them. Who wouldnt want to show off something so amazing. Many of our customers buy our products to use and years down the line they are still in pristine condition. However, some customers prefer to have their sparkly items on show for everyone to see. It's entirely up to you.
Will my items arrive in one piece?
Of course. We take great pride in making sure your items are well packaged using only the best high quality packaging with no expense spared. Your item will arrive bubble wrapped in a double walled box full of packing peanuts for that extra comfort and peace of mind.
Are Glitz & Chic allowed to sell alcohol?
I think I like a glass too many....

Whats the Returns & Refund Policy?
All of our items are made to order and therefore we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Should your item arrive damaged due to the fault of the courier treating it like a football to an extreme extent, you have 14 days to contact Glitz & Chic for a replacement providing photos upon request. If you have purchased a set, we will only refund you the broken item.
What if the bottle I require is not on your website?
Don't worry, it doesnt mean we can't do it. We simply havent supplied one yet. We can do pretty much any bottle you require. Just send a message to the Glitter Queen and she will respond within 15 minutes.
