How long until I receive my order?


All our products are made to order and can take 1 week to make, this depending on how sparkly or personalised you require them. We are so good that sometimes items only take 2 days to make. They then take 3-5 working days to be delivered - not guaranteed. Once your item is complete and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number for your item (please see delivery schedule below).




Can you show me the Delivery Schedule


Of course, here you go. The following postage times are in addition to the manufacturing times. My Hermes – 3 to 5 working days UK Mail – 3 to 5 working days Royal Mail - 3-5 working days




How do I care for my Glittery products


To keep that Sparkle follow these simple guidlines; DO NOT put them in a dishwasher you will be left with a plain boring glass and who wants that. Hand wash ONLY in luke warm soapy water, we recommend just swilling the inside out. DO NOT leave them to soak. Allow them to air-dry




Can I use my Glitter Glasses or are they for show?


Of course you can use them. Who wouldnt want to show off something so amazing. Many of our customers buy our products to use and years down the line they are still in pristine condition. However, some customers prefer to have their sparkly items on show for everyone to see. It's entirely up to you.




Will my items arrive in one piece?


Of course. We take great pride in making sure your items are well packaged using only the best high quality packaging with no expense spared. Your item will arrive bubble wrapped in a double walled box full of packing peanuts for that extra comfort and peace of mind.




Are Glitz & Chic allowed to sell alcohol?


Oh yes.... we were one of the first to qualify for a alcohol licence. Are you aware it is illegal to sell alcohol without the correct licenses? If you find anyone who doesn't have a licence then do not run the risk of buying from them. We work extremely hard with the local council to follow correct guidelines. Glitz & Chic are a responsible seller of alcohol and have invested time and effort into obtaining the correct licences so our customers have peace of mind buying alcohol legally. Whats the Returns & Refund Policy?


All of our items are made to order and therefore we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Should your item arrive damaged due to the fault of the courier treating it like a football to an extreme extent, you have 14 days to contact Glitz & Chic for a replacement providing photos upon request. If you have purchased a set, we will only refund you the broken item.




What if the bottle I require is not on your website?


Don't worry, it doesnt mean we can't do it. We simply havent supplied one yet. We can do pretty much any bottle you require. Just send a message to the Glitter Queen and she will respond within 15 minutes.

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 6pm Saturday 8.30 - 1pm Sunday - Closed
